Our history
In 2015, we launched the production of cabinet furniture using high-tech equipment from leading European companies. Our branded online store allowed customers to buy furniture from the manufacturer inexpensively, and our specialists are always happy to help in choosing the necessary furniture.
In 2020, we expanded our range to include upholstered furniture, kitchen systems and mattresses. Our online store contained a huge number of exclusive items and furniture compositions for various rooms. We developed an attractive system of discounts for our clients and provided them with maximum comfort when choosing furniture.
Today, our company occupies 10,000 square meters of warehouse and production space and has a full production cycle, including a panel materials processing workshop, a glass painting workshop, a UF glass printing workshop and a robotic painting workshop for solid wood products. We continue to develop, remaining one of the best furniture manufacturers.

Material procurement
Procurement of materials at a furniture factory includes several stages:
- Shredding: Wood waste is crushed into the required shape and size for use in furniture production.
- Drying: The crushed materials are dried to remove excess moisture. Impregnation: Materials are impregnated with urea-formaldehyde resins to improve their properties.
- Hot pressing: Impregnated materials are hot pressed to give them the required shape and strength.
- Straight and curved cutting: The resulting materials are subjected to straight and curved cutting to form the necessary parts.
- Application of facing material: The facing material is applied to the edge of the resulting parts.
- Removing overhangs: The light parts of the cladding and edges are removed.
- Drilling holes: Holes for assembly and installation of fittings are drilled.
- Assembly of finished products: Assembly of finished furniture from received parts.
Sketch stage
Design development:
- Development of furniture sketches taking into account functionality, ergonomics and aesthetics.
- Detailed drawing of the external appearance of the product.
- Produce sketches in the form of drawings, 3D graphics, manual submissions, or mockups.
- Development of drawings and specifications.
Assembly
The main stages of assembling cabinet furniture at the factory:
- Preparing parts. After cutting and edgebanding, all parts are carefully checked for defects and prepared for assembly.
- Housing assembly. The parts are connected using fasteners into the finished product body. The necessary mechanisms are installed, their operation is regulated, and the accuracy of the assembly is checked.
- Installation of accessories. Doors, drawers, shelves, handles and other fittings are mounted on the body. Their functionality is checked and adjusted if necessary.
- Package. The finished product is disassembled into shipping elements, which are carefully packaged to protect against damage. Shipment. Packed furniture is marked and shipped to the customer.
- Final assembly is carried out on site by specialists or by the buyer himself according to the attached instructions.
